Do you have any other certification for the flights?
I used OTB last year and my Atol certificate shows both the flights and accommodation as part of the package.
If you paid by debit card (or some other means) how many transactions is it showing and are they on the same date? All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Ok so the certificate I sent you was the one I downloaded today. It looks like it has changed since the original which is this one here.....0

The money was taken out of account in one lump sum.
So can I ask for a refund if they try to get me to change hotel?0 -
I would argue that given that you appear to have initially booked a full package from your original certificate, that if the flight has been cancelled the whole package is unable to be fulfilled at their end so you are entitled to a full refund.andy69_2 said:The money was taken out of account in one lump sum.

However as it is still two weeks off, and a lot of companies aren't confirming cancellation until closer to the time, you may need to wait a bit longer.
Have you contacted Ryanair directly about the status of your flight? All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

I've emailed easyJet directly and still yet to receive a reply. I'm hoping to hear back from them soon. 2 weeks away is Thursday so maybe I'll hear then. easyJet website says you would hear 21 days before hand about cancellations but reading other people's stories it can be 2 weeks before

Morning. Don't know if this helps but I had the same problem. My flight was Cancelled (BA) and my hotel was not open till September in Gran Canaria, flying 25th July. I got the same messages as you andy69_2. I was frantic. I managed to get an answer from them by 'my booking' 'manage' and on there somewhere I found 'I am owed a refund'. I was able to send them a message regarding my booking and they come back within 24 hrs. They were very helpful and now all sorted apart from getting my refund from BA which I won't receive until BA refund onb. Good luck.0
