I've recently opened the above account. I had a problem with my password and had to reset it today, which involved hanging on the phone for almost 2 hours. I'm deaf so a Text Relay assistant had to hang on with me. I finally got it sorted, and logged into my account, only to discover that they wanted to ring me as part of the security. Has anyone had to do this and can you tell me what the call entails? I assume it is an automated call rather than a human being but what do they want to know? I won't be able to hear a thing. I suppose I will have to ring them again sometime but can't face it yet!
