EasyJet Refund

Hi, I have a problem with an EasyJet refund. I had flights booked in April that were cancelled and we therefore requested a refund. It took quite some time but we received confirmation via email that that the cost would be refunded. When making the booking we paid by different methods Applepay for the majority then a credit cards for booking the seats and luggage.
The email confirms that all payments will be refunded but the we have only received the ones to the credit card and not the flights (the largest amount) via Applepay.
The problem is there’s no way of contacting EasyJet at the moment and I’ve tried raising a dispute with my bank but they’ve been of little help.
Does anyone have any ideas or advice?
