Well when I try and translate the address, it gives me a completely different location than the one in Russian when I feed it into Google maps. Even more so, the address the buyers sends me in English (as I requested) again shows a different location so I am not confident that it will get there. I may just cancel and say problem with address.
  • I’d step away, Russia is a nightmare to send items to. I work in the freight industry so have experience in dealing with items going there.

Is Poland any better as I could send a second chance offer to the next buyer down ?

Postage costs to Poland appear to be more expensive but please check on RM https://www.royalmail.com/price-finder
as advised earlier I would cancel with problem with address and move on

I have cancelled but still feel bad as the buyer is so nice and seemed excited to have won it.  If I could get it to her I would but obviously it seems reading your responses that Russia has started to have problems. I thought that was all ironed out (no pun intended) years ago.
