1 out of 4 flights not cancelled

In brief due to fly manchester to Tokyo via Singapore and then back again. All booked as one return flight booking. 

A few weeks ago before any of the flights were cancelled the Tokyo to Singapore part was changed to an hour later flight which we accepted as we would have gone if allowed etc. Now all the flights bar that one have been cancelled.all with the same airline (Singapore airlines)

As I say we booked as one return flight but booked through Opodo. Have applied for a refund on their system weeks ago (still waiting for them to look at it!) are we likely to come across issues or ok as we booked it as a return flight? Thanks

As they are booked under one reservation you should get a total refund for all flights.
