Holiday Entitlement Days Reduced but not been paid for them

My annual holiday entitlement days have been reduced whilst I have been on furlough since march due to the 4 bank holidays (Easter & May days), but I still got the same 80% furlough pay for over these holiday times, am I right in thinking I should have got the full 100% holiday pay for the 4 days ?.

There is a slight question mark over this, as these "extra" holidays the UK says must be paid are not within the EU case law that provides for "normal" (ie pre furlough) pay to apply, but I am not aware any employers have attempted to distinguish them. Point out that you believe you should be paid for 100%.

I normally get paid for these as these are included in my annual leave as I get 20 days and then the 8 statutory from working full time.

Yes, you are entitled to 28 days holiday (4 weeks plus 8 days of bank or equivalent holidays) when you work a 5 day week or more. The 4 weeks has to be paid at 100% of "normal" wage. The rest might be paid at a rate between 80% and 100%, but most employers pay at 100%.
