Love Holiday refund

Booked a package holiday with Love Holidays which included a flight via Ryanair. I cancelled booking but was informed can't cancel flight as it was paid for. The Flight was then cancelled due to Covid, contacted Ryanair several times they refunded the additional charge paid separately for baggage back to my account and state that the remaining payment was refunded to original payee, which is Love Holidays. Tried phoning them, not dealing via phone, live chat only. Have tried live chat throughout the day for several days and constantly unavailable. Have also gone into manage my booking on love holiday.com and written several messages. Not sure where to go from here. Any advice and help would be appreciated. Thank you.
