Index-linked Savings Certificates , NS&I

Just received statement for year ended 30/6/20, received disappointing 0.56% interest.  Only advantage is that it is not subject to Income tax.

    As discussed on another recent thread about these, the rate should be entirely transparent and predictable, based as it is on a published inflation index and a stated methodology.  Certificates maturing in June use the April CPI index figures, so with April 2019 being 107.6 and April 2020 being 108.5, the basis of the interest applied should be 0.836%.
