Non Refundable Deposit

Hello, I'm hoping someone can help me on this - I can't find a definitive answer online!

I had a trip booked for June that was cancelled because covid. When booking part of the holiday  cost was a £200 'non refundable deposit'

In light if the fact that the travel agent cancelled the holiday (flights and accommodation bought together) can anyone tell me if am I also entitled to a refund on the £200m

If they cancelled then you are entitled to all monies paid to be refunded.

Thanks - I figured they should be but its looking like they don't want to pay back that part back. I want to be sure before standing my ground with the company
