COVID holiday cancellation

My safari honeymoon was cancelled due to COVID. We have obtained a refund for the international flights but not the safari or internal flights. These were all booked independently and the safari booked through a travel agent in South Africa. Neither my travel insurance or credit card will provide a refund because we have been offered a voucher. The airline for our internal flight has already gone into administration!

If the airline has gone out of business and is unable to offer the flight, then you can make a claim via insurance or card, unless the voucher had validity with another operator.
There's nothing you can do with regard to the safari, unless they also cancel that.0 -
who was the insurance company if I may ask0
