Wow, just stumbled on this thread by accident. Was in day 2 of a changeover to Pure Planet. After reading this I have just cancelled the request.1

I've been with Pure Planet for a couple of months. No problems until I let them install a smart meter. The engineer left us with an IHD (intelligent home display) that didn't work, saying "just let them know if it still isn't working after a day or so". That's when I discovered how awful their customer service is. As previous posters have said, no phone number, no email address, just the incredibly irritating and dumb "Watt Bot". I did get an email response after posting a bad review on Trust Pilot, but you shouldn't have to do it this way! And they still haven't sorted the problem. Absolutely hopeless.0
