Which car park was this please? I know a few in the NS Wurzelsetshire area but not one infested by UKCPM. I want to make sure nobody in my family uses it.

My interpretation of the judgement is that the signs were forbidding, but without seeing them I can't be sure.
I married my cousin. I had to...

1st one was a Petrol station in Dover & the one that just cancelled was the Lidl/waitrose/travelodge car park in Portishead

    Another car crash for Gladstones

Indeed, you might  like to consider adding to the PPC's woes.

The case was heard on papers due to the covid 19 lockdown, it looked like they were "telling rather than asking"
No they weren't.  You took a huge risk by not replying to that Order - and got lucky!

I want to make clear to new posters that this Order from the court talking abut hearing  a parking case 'on the papers' should have been headed off, as per the suggested reply to that Order, in the TELEPHONE HEARINGS thread.

You dodged a bullet but newbies MUST NOT try this.

Congrats though - right result in your case!
