Title register - restrictive covenants?

I made an offer on a property and I am looking at the title register (the £3 one) and it has the following:
C: Charges Register
This register contains any charges and other matters that affect the land.
1 A Transfer of the land in this title dated 20 June 1986 made between (1) Fairhome Investments Limited and others (2) STREET NAME Management Association Limited and (3) RANDOM NAME A and RANDOM NAME B contains restrictive covenants. NOTE: Original filed.
I am not sure if this is a worrying point? This is a freehold property and the fact the charges register is referring to the "STREET NAME management association" is a little odd. Is there anyway to find out more about this or should I just wait for the solicitor to look through the deeds?
No restrictive covenants are shown on the title register.

Given that there's a management association involved, you can assume they're probably actively "policed". Which means they're unlikely to be anything particularly bizarre or onerous, and you can get a reasonable idea of what is permitted simply by looking at the street now.0
