Doubled up home insurance

I’ve just discovered on doing a very thorough check of my bank account that even though I’ve had home insurance for about 8 years with L&G, I somehow have also managed to have home insurance for the past 5 years with More Than.  I can only think that I had intended to cancel the L&G policy but never did.  Essentially I have therefore spent £2,500 on insurance with More Than over the last 5 years by having a home insurance policy I didn’t need as I was already covered.  Is there anything I can do?  I appreciate it’s my fault entirely but just thought I’d check.

Thank you
