Home insurance for property in Trust

My Dad solely owned his bungalow when he passed away 5years ago. In his will the bungalow was left to myself and my brother and sister. he stated that his partner of around 10 years (not married) could live in the bungalow and pay for bills, maintenance and general upkeep of the property. His partner had been paying for buildings and contents insurance, although she is not named on the deeds. Is she insured? We are not named on the deeds either as the bungalow is held in a ‘Trust’ For us I believe.
Just looking for some advice on where she would stand if she was to make a claim for something? I guess she would be covered for contents but not the building?
any help greatly appreciated 🙏

The trustees should be insuring the building. Whoever owns the contents (presumably her) insures the contents.

you need to speak to the Trustees....be careful about a bill for that....and ask them who the beneficiaries are...you?0

My mum's house is in trust for my sister and myself, who are also the trustees. Mum still lives in the house. What type of property insurance should we get? Landlord insurance is not applicable because there is no rent.0
