How often does NS&I produce statements for Income Bonds accounts? I've had account for a few months now, but I've neither received a statement through the post nor is one available online (via Home > Your profile > Your Documents > Select IB account).

Annual statement in April, and/or on closure.

What is the typical/average real-life timescale to receive funds into your nominated account from point of instruction to NS&I (online withdrawal)? I've never requested a withdrawal but notice quite a few complaints online about how long it takes. I'd just like an idea of what the average customer experiences. Thanks.
