LG tv problem

Bought television just over 2 years ago with a 5 year guarantee from John Lewis online.  For the last month the picture has been deteriorating and is mainly blue, we believe the problem may be the LED backlight.  We have constantly been ringing and have also emailed John Lewis Technical Support a number of times. We did get one email back suggesting we reset, if this did not work to get in touch with Technical Services, it did not work - rang 3 times every day and waiting well over 30 mins each time.  What, if any, is the next option. Can anyone advise?

I have a faulty tv bought from John Lewis too. Their technical support team are obviously really busy just now. I was on hold for 40 mins but to be honest, at this time, its to be expected. Just try again and stay on the line. My tv was taken for repair 3 days later and I’m just waiting on the outcome.

     Nonsense as per.

Tv should last even if being watched all day.
