Hi there,
Wondering if anyone has any advice.
I have a full time job which I intend to keep, but I would like to start selling some drawings and photography that I do, using the websites such as etsy or redbubble. If it goes well would I obviously need to let HMRC know?
I would like to find out a little more about whether I would have to go self employed or not? Obviously I would still be employed full time in my current job. The thing is that I have been self employed before for a year, this was around 2 years ago. Obviously just now I am not self employed but I just wondered if anyone else has any little incomes on the side of their jobs?
Any advice that could be given about this would be greatly appreciated.

Whatever happens you have to tell HMRC.Please note - taken from the Forum Rules and amended for my own personal use (with thanks) : It is up to you to investigate, check, double-check and check yet again before you make any decisions or take any action based on any information you glean from any of my posts. If you were registered as self-employed a couple of years ago I'm surprised that HMRC are not still prompting you to submit an annual return. Did you get them to stop?

You can make sales of £1000 before you need to be self employed and declare the profits.0
