Virgin Business contact details.

I need to get the contact details of the above as 3 weeks ago their installation team caused damage to mine and a neighbours property but they did not with some machinery they were using.
A neighbour went over to them after she saw them do the damage and they said they would leave some contact details but never did.
Next door neighbour has cctv of the incident but only got access to it Friday.
I tried Virgin media but they were not much help as they said it's a different team.
Any help would very welcomed.

I did look at that page b4 i started the thread.
I tried sending an email using their system but it would not let me send it because it needed account number and business name. The online chat was no good as they do not take public enquiries.
I will have to have another try Monday.

Latest update.
I tried their phone number listed 3 times but never got far as they wanted business name/account number to proceed.
I then tried the online chat for customer services and on the 4th go i got somewhere as the other 3 said this for Virgin business people and not general Virgin Media clients.
I was given a 03434 number to call and after talking to 3 reps i was passed to divisional works(and another name) dept and he took my details but said nothing was logged as an incident but when i said i had cctv of it he checked again and said yes the was a team workers working near me that day.
I am waiting for a call back within the next 72 hours.
