Could you please put my mind at rest. I’ve got this query -
I went to Aldi, the car park by it is run by Euro Car Parks. It says max stay 90 min no return within 2 hours. I was only parked and in the shop for 10 min and then drove off but turned round and came straight back as I forgot to buy some things. Overall I have not overstayed 90 minutes. Am I going to be okay?
Many thanks.

If they do issue a ticket, it's then time for action to the MD as you are a customer asking for cancellation

Unlikely to be an exclusive Aldi car park - ParkingEye have that pretty much sewn up. No harm in a complaint to Aldi (if it becomes necessary), but a very probable fob-off. The OP would be wise to start researching a likely Managing Agent overseeing operations there to fire a complaint at in due course. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. As a precaution, edit your post to remove information about who parked. Only ever refer to The Driver and The Keeper who are two different people as far as the law is concerned. The Keeper has protections in law that The Driver does not.
Get pics of the site and signage asap as well. Come back to this thread if you do get a PCN if complaining to the landowner and store managers doesn't work.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks1 -
"No return", is a nonsense, an unfair term imo in the Consumer Relations Act, does it mean the car or the driver?
Nine times out of ten these tickets are scams, so consider complaining to your MP., it can cause the scammer extra costs and work, and in some cases, cancellation.
Parliament is well aware of the MO of these private parking companies, many of whom are former clampers, and on 15th March 2019 a Bill was enacted to curb the excesses of these shysters. Codes of Practice are being drawn up, an independent appeals service will be set up,
Just as the clampers were finally closed down, so hopefully will many DVLA's date base more rigorously policed, persistent offenders denied access to the DVLA database and unable to operate.
Hopefully life will become impossible for the worst of these scammers, but until this is done you should still complain to your MP, citing the new legislation.
