Ryan air proof of no show for insurers

Does anyone know how to obtain proof of ‘no show’ From Ryan Air? Our insurers said we need to provide proof of payment and also proof of cancellation - as you can’t cancel Ryan Air flights they said proof of no show would be sufficient. If I log in it just says ‘Your flights are done’....?

Did the flight happen? Did you turn up for it?0

Give us some context. Who cancelled? On what grounds? No free lunch, and no free laptop0

We spoke to our insurers before the flight (5days before) and they said as government advice was essential travel only they wouldMy insure us for any inconvenience / changes due to covid-19 and if we decided not to go they would cover the cost of the flight. They asked for proof of cancellation which I can’t get but then said proof of ‘no show’ was sufficient0

Did the flight happen though? You can't give proof of a no show if it showed up. The FCO advice has changed recently so the other question is does the change in advice therefore change their cover?0

If the flight was cancelled, your claim is against Ryanair. Not your insurer. No free lunch, and no free laptop0

Flight wasn’t cancelled but insured says we (not the airline) are a no show - to prove we didn’t get in the flight then they (the insurer) will reimburse us0

Even if you could get this off Ryanair I can't imagine it will be a priority for them right nowAn answer isn't spam just because you don't like it......0
