How can I move forward to get accepted for a mortgage?

@IloveElephants I've tagged the broker, you can message him directly. The rates depend on which lender you are placed with.
I will send you his details via PM.
The payment plan was set up several months afterwards, that was a saga in itself because of the DMP company not doing their job right in the first place.
I'm also a 'she' not a 'he' 🤫Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.1 -
The core brokers who post here have their speciality areas. I, for example am the affordable housing specialist so help to buy and shared ownership plus have a number of expat clients. Others will specialise in btl and other areas. If you search the boards and read you will work out who does what (my account shows as new but I lost my original account in the changeover 😢- I have been here since 2007 under haras_nosirrah)
ACG is the resident adverse specialist so to get in touch send him a pm. The brokers who post here are not allowed to contact you as MSE does not allow us to, you have to make the first move but send him a pm and he will be in contact2 -
I tried but because the old account was linked to an old email address i couldn't access they wouldn't merge them. Have made the usernames as similar as possible but there you go. Was gutted to lose my posting history of about 150001

Given they can't get a search function working properly I suspect merging accounts will be way to hard.IloveElephants said:
Surley they is a way to get access to your old email address, but at least your username is similar to your old. So when they merged did all of your old posts disappear from the forum or at they still here at least?haras_n0sirrah said:I tried but because the old account was linked to an old email address i couldn't access they wouldn't merge them.
