I have Harveys vouchers but have today been told i cannot use as they have gone into administration. Is there anyway i can get my money back. I have £350 worth of vouchers which they gave me as the sofa i purchased was damaged.

How long ago did Harveys give you the vouchers? Was this in lieu of returning the damaged sofa? Or as a good will gesture? Or was a sofa returned and they gave you a voucher instead of refunding?Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -
Will your parents give you that much of an advance on your pocket money?Grommedinuk said:I give you 200 for the vouchers5 -
The vouchers were given in August 2019 valid for 5 years. They were given as compensation for the damage to the sofa, instead of reducing the cost.0

Have you contacted the administrators .

I've emailed them yes, but they have instructed Harveys not to accept any vouchers for payment. I've been into the store yesterday. They have a sister company Bensons for Beds, I've asked if i can use them in there.0

Bensons have been bought out, they're continuing to trade0

They went into administration too. I think you'll just need to join the queue of creditors.LindaM121 said:They have a sister company Bensons for Beds, I've asked if i can use them in there.
According to here the business of Bensons for Beds was sold.

You will need to wait for the situation to be resolved and see if vouchers will be accepted but I suspect they won't as the company will have new owners.LindaM121 said:I've emailed them yes, but they have instructed Harveys not to accept any vouchers for payment. Im not sure you would be able to use them ar Bensons but I could be proved wrong.1 -
Yes - the buyers won't have taken on liability for their debts though, otherwise there wouldn't be much point.DCFC79 said:
