Sony Xperia 1 Insurance

Just purchased a Sony Xperia 1 and trying to get my insurance for this sorted.  Anyone care to recommend a provider to have a look at?

Do you have contents insurance? If so it is likely already covered; just check that it covers personal possessions outside the home, and accidental damage.
Contents insurance will also usually give you new for old cover, whereas many specialist gadget policies will only pay for a second hand replacement. So all in all looking for a policy just to cover your phone is nearly always poor value compared to just using your home insurance policy.
  • Still live at home. So no need for contents insurance as I don't own anything that expensive

You may be covered by your parents' contents insurance?
