I purchased a mosaic patio set a couple of months ago from Deuba xxl. When the set arrived it was in an appalling condition, with large cracks all over the mosaic tiles on table top and broken support struts on the chairs.
I contacted the company to arrange return of items for full refund, which they were more than happy to arrange.
However it is now 5 weeks since they signed for the items return and still no refund despite countless emails I have sent asking why they haven't refunded me only to constantly reply with vague standard replies.
I opened a resolution with PayPal but it was rejected, also on appeal on the grounds that my request didn't meet their criteria for a refund ?.
I just wish I had checked this company out on review sites before purchase like I normally would. The reviews on Tripadvisor and trustpilot are horrendous, many echoing my situation.
I honestly don't know what the next course of action would be to get my money back !

Given they're based in Germany, your consumer rights will be under German law (no idea what those are).
