Travel insurance auto renewal

My Leisureguard lite insurance policy was renewed yesterday without my permission or any notice - no email to warn me 21 days prior to renewal as stated on their policy - I can't get an answer on the phone ( 39 minutes on hold today ) and only automated responses to emails . Any advice as to how I can sort this problem out and get my money refunded ?

    I would assume you gave them permission to auto renew when you took out the policy?
    This would be when you agreed to pay and accepted the T & Cs

    The majority of insurance companies include auto renew to protect the customers that fail / forget to get new policy.

    Check your T&Cs  And policy.

    If you take out any type of insurance. I would suggest you make a note of renewal date, calendar, phone etc, so you can contact before renewal and say I do not wish to renew.

    Continue to try and contact them and also try the seemingly dedicated thread where the Leisureguard representative replies to posters etc.
