Hi all
I joined the MSE Credit Club earlier this year in order to help me along with my financial stability, and surprisingly I found a default on my file from Lowell Portfolio for the sum of £0

I was genuinely unaware of this until I saw it on my credit file and when I dug into it, it has been settled in 2016 but when i have tried using the MSE CC 'queries - I dont recognise this account' feature but it came back 'Default is recorded as satisfied as of 31/01/17' which really doesnt help me with what I originally asked for; which is recognition of where its actually come from.
Does anybody have a contact number or an email address for Lowells?
Any other advice would be very much appreciated
Thanks. 0

Aye, thanks for that. Funnily enough iv already tried that and havent come up with anything. My query is more aimed at people who have had direct dealings with Lowell.
