African Route planner

Does anyone know if there is an African equivalent of https://www.michelin which would give me route details for a journey in Tanzania and Kenya. I want to drive from Dar es Salaam to Nairobi and I don't know how far it is or what condition the roads are in (=average speed).
Many thanks

Good luck too you! Ive been to Kenya on several occasions and the roads are...........................well imagine off road country lanes........... times by two and that will be your average Kenyan road

Thanks for your comment. Nobody has come up with a means for working out the distance involved - do you have any idea how far it might be, please?
