Change car hire booking

We have a car hire booking via skyscanner and then gotrentalcars.com. Our flight has been changed by a day and we need to change our booking. We are meant to be able to do this for free but gotrentalcars.com are not replying to phone messages or emails and the website change booking link does not seem to be there. Any ideas?

    The website FAQs says that there should be a change booking link. Did you make a booking that do not allow changes, perhaps?
    You may wish to post a screenshot of the account/booking page, if you do so, make sure you blank out any personal details.

    Did you have any joy? We have also booked via gotrentalcars and we are now arriving several hours earlier so wish to collect the car sooner but I can't seem amend the booking on the site and I haven't been able to get through to anyone. I'm prepared to cancel the booking altogether and rebook.
