I have been waiting for a refund since they received my return on 10th it says on website 6/10 days. I contacted them they told me 14 days. And just wait, this was via Twitter. I have called customer service and stay on hold for a hour then it cuts off. I’m not the only person hundreds have been waiting over 6 weeks and still nothing. Not even a reply..
I can’t find the correct working email for the ceo and there is no head office number. I just want my 84.99 refund so I can buy another pair.. any advice would be great
they will be losing me as a customer after this experience..
