Loveholidays & Easyjet flight cancellation help

We were due to go on holiday on July 21st all arranged by Love Holidays (including the flight). Today we have received confirmation from EasyJet that the flight has been cancelled. With 3 options, Switch, Refund or Voucher.
This is where I am not 100% sure where to go.
Do i report on the love holidays manage my booking that the flight has been cancelled or do we wait for Love Holidays to pick it up?
TIA

Log on to manage my booking , it's now a 2 step process , lead passenger name and loveholidays reference on the website , they email a unique link.
Manage my flight has a "my flight has been cancelled" option.
They will then contact you to arrange things after a few days

In January of this year we booked a package holiday via the loveholidays website. (Who we have paid all of our money to).
I have just found out our hotel is closed and even though we are due to fly in two weeks, loveholidays have not been in contact to notify us and have been difficult to get in contact with. That said, I have spoken to them and requested they send an email as to what they propose to offer. They have offered alternative accommodation (which we don't want) or a refund for the accomodation only. They have told us we have to contact easyjet to request a refund for the flights.
Easyjet has said their flights are still going ahead and therefore our contract lies with loveholidays and we need to try and get a refund for the full holiday with them. I'm not sure where we stand legally and with two weeks to go to the day, I'm concerned we are going to be left out of pocket. Can someone please advise? Much appreciated0
