Just wait to hear back from Halifax. We were told the valuation was OK on Friday then went back to the underwriter to do last checks and ge signed off. This took 3 days for us so hopefully yours shouldn't be much longer0

I think it's just a check over the application just to make sure everything is OK then sign it off. That's what the broker advised us to what happens.1

Hi wondering if any knows if it’s just random final additional checks or is it more intense due to covid. First set of checks were done end of June.Mortgage offer was august11th
waiting on move in date, but my car was due to be traded in so i have done it, missives etc are concluded.Little worried though as I have changed jobs since original mortgage offer.0
