Hi
I ordered some shoes, from what appeared to be a scam-clarks website.
I've tried numerous times to get a refund from them direct, but despite this, I've no shoes, & no refund.
thanks

- Can I get a refund of my £40 from my credit card provider (Virgin) ? and if so what am I asking for? (a section 75?) or a chargeback? or what?
thanks

You should ask for a chargeback for goods not received
uou can't use section 75 anyway as that needs to be a minimum of £1002 -
Thanks for that

Why would they remove the amount? That would mean open season to everyone to call up and say the same.....onesixfive said:Hi

While it was not the genuine Clarks store (facebook by any chance?) you did place the order and may yet still receive the goods.
Nice simple chargeback. So long as you have not cancelled the order. Then it becomes a bit trickier.Life in the slow lane0
