Also, when you hit 3000 revs, the car slumps, it won't push past 3000
That’s what they are designed to do when going in to limp mode

And have they ruled out dpf issues and done a regen? Its very obvious when our Sorento is doing a regen, and the previous very, very low mileage would flag this as a possible issue. Issues with the dpf would cause a loss of power as well, whether the dpf is clogged or it's a sensor issue.

They plugged it in, got no fault code, drove it 2 miles then handed it me back and said between the lines, I'm an idiot. That's literally what they've done, I get covid has caused major disruption but it still seems stinking customer service. Below is the log I've been making of the faults, bear in mind I don't drive the car every day and only started the log once the dodgy dealer fobbed me off and this has been going on since 14th of March.

17th June 19:44 – Juddering on startup, left car to idle and slowly car returned to normal tickover

17th June 20:18 – Power loss whilst driving – Video taken

17th June 20:21 – Power returned to normal without restarting the engine

20th June 11:54 – Juddering / Power Loss 5th Gear approx. 50mph for 4 or 5 seconds, juddering stopped but Car still sluggish acceleration. Average mpg journey was 19 mpg

28th June – 9.31am car sluggish, journey MPG dropped to around average 22mpg

28th June – 10.35am power loss on M1, drove until I could safely pull over to restart the engine, power returned

29th June – 8.29pm hesitation acceleration, MPG dropped to average 22mpg
