Unless you have cancelled before the renewal date. You have no chance either via PayPal or CC.

Loads I imagine.  I did too but opened a case with PayPal on the basis that their T&C's clearly stated a call could be made to cancel the subscription but their call centre was closed, and that I could not make use of the service as restaurants were closed.  Paypal refunded me the money.

Did you get the renewal reminder from Tastecard? I didn't and that was the clincher for me (fair play to Tastecard for coming clean on that).
I don't know why I didn't get the reminder, but I doubt I was the only one.
