On the beach holiday Rynair flights cancelled but can’t get a full refund from on the beach

I booked an all inclusive holiday with on the beach and my flights are with rynair but my flights are cancelled when I log into my rynair account but in my on the Beach account it says flights confirmed but my flight paperwork is removed from OTB they have said I can have a refund but I need to pay a £600 cancellation fee does anyone have any advice I have no idea where to go from here OTB are quite hard to get hold of and they are trying to charge me to cancel my holiday even tho my flights are cancelled so I have no way of going now thanks
