Strange number outgoing call on my sky bill

I wonder if anyone can help. For the first time in months I have checked my Sky bill which I know I should do more often. I notice a strange outgoing call at just after 4pm every morning starting with 0871 referred to as a service call. Is this a Sky charge or something else. We are not making this call.
i have tried contacting Sky but you can’t get through at this time.

What does Google say the number belongs to?

Sky (TV) boxes tend to do all their remote communication over the internet connection, if its available, otherwise it will use the phone line but any calls will be freephone.  Which is the next point actually, do you have Pay TV?  Any Box Office/Sports purchases recently?
