    CASE DISMISSED!!  :)
Firstly, Many many thanks to everyone on this forum who directed very well for the court case. An additional thanks to people who responded and provided their experience with evidences collected. They were really helpful.
The hearing conducted online and we had to wait for Gladstone Solicitors representative who never joined. I would say a very unprofessional behaviour (though that's least expected from business with wrong values and fundamental ethics).
    Well done:
Gladstones never attend court hearings or even hearings now; because they don't want to answer any questions posed by the Judge and the Defendant or be subject to criticism. Much better to send a 3rd party, who doesn't have to answer any awkward questions.

Hahahaha.. To be honest, Its tough to find difference between the two. When I googled it, found a very thin line difference the two.
But looking into my case, yes its 'Judge'.
What is the difference between a judge and a magistrate UK?
Magistrates have fewer and more limited powers than judges. ... Judges generally hear larger, more complex cases while magistrates hear smaller matters such as petty crime and traffic offenses. Judges and magistrates have different jurisdictional powers. Judges can preside over a large area, sometimes the entire country

Clearly judges are not volunteers , they don't need a trained legal person in court such as a clerk of the court because they have legal training and qualifications , they sit alone on these cases , not in threes and they make a decision based on their own knowledge plus the legal precedents etc

It may have seemed a moot point but it's valid when you consider that some PCN,s are penalties where bylaws apply and should be heard in a magistrates court within 6 months and yours was a civil court about a private invoice , presided by a single judge and should be heard within 6 years

Again , well done on your win

There was an abuse of process. But the case had been dismissed on the ground of "no loss no claim".

Some Judges can be quite prickly.  🙂
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
