This site is driving me nuts tonight!!!..every time I press the thanks button they are either not responding or are taking forever..the pages are slow and then when I write a response it takes ages to send..every other site is quick...rant over!!
Sea solved that problem about bickies I bought 2 packs!!!...will have a look at those sites thanks chev...I had a letter from TNS a while back but shredded it..so will look...lightspeed I think I cancelled because every survey I got from them I would get through pages of it and then it would say that I wasn't eligible and Ciao..I will also look at...
The windows getting finished before christmas is entirely down to how busy we will be on the taxi...my back door is next £1080..it's a rock door a stable one..these are of the highest quality..I then have my front door to have done...don't know price yet and 2 front windows cost £735...so a fair bit of saving to do.
I hope to have the door money by next month but may not as feb is always quiet on the taxi and I have to pay for MOT and TAX for the other car and then I'll be selling that.I hope to raise £3k minimum on that as it's really well maintained.I don't use it so it's a shame for it to sit there.
Lets see how long this takes to post..lol

Having the same issue tonight and its driving me crackers. I could make a cuppa in the time it is taking pages to change over

Good plan with the biccies for tomorrow;) . Hope everything goes okay and don't forget to put something warm on in the morning,its really cold with no windows in:eek: :eek:

Looks like I made the right deciscion with the biccies..lol..because you all said so unanimously...
I never thought how cold it would be with no windows and don't know what order they will fit them....the next will be better as it will be just the back door...
off to make a brew in a min as I'm going to watch that reposession programme..should be interesting though I the start to worry about things

Afternoon everyone,
Well they have fitted the kitchen and bedroom one so far and have just gone for lunch and will be back at about 1pm. They look lovely so far and I'm impressed with their professionalism.
It's a bit cold in here at the moment but at least it isn't raining. Back to work tomorrow and I aim to get the £1080 together within the month for the back door ..so will give the salesman a call tomorrow for him to bring the paperwork around one evening next week as I'll have a deposit available tomorrow as DD gets paid so thats £150 towards it...so that will do for the deposit...I think I may have another £50 lying about as well...so will have a count up before he comes..
Day off today and obviously not doing much as am stuck in until tea time.So am lurking on here lol

Evening all well I've eventually warmed up now. My windows were finished about 4pm and look really nice..also really tired I must have used all my energy trying to keep warm all day so am off for a nice hot bubble bath as soon as DH has gone to the pub...the house is spotless as well...so all is good ...all washing is also done so on top at the moment...probably have an early night tonight as up at 6am for work tommorrow...will go and have a nosey now around the boards ..take care xx

Afternoon everyone...it was ok today on the cab but I'm really tired and am back home now ..I'm hoping the salesman phones today ...I asked his boss to tell him I'm ready to order the door...so if he doesn't phone tonight I'll have to hunt out his number ...I have a deposit here for him anyway.Hope you are all having a good day

Right folks..salesman has been and I've given him a deposit so my door will be ordered monday and I'd like it fitted 13th march so will have to work really hard this month to get the money together.I've also given him all the details of the front door that I'd like and we'll see what price that comes back at...no doubt it will all be worth it when it's all finished...lol..

just catching up! Great re the windows. Dont you get discout for having it all done, even if it is in chunks?!! Keep up the good work - dont know how you do it!! Also good on bingo - I didnt have any wns when I did it & its SOOO monotonous!
