Thanks..still a bit tired today. You're right I guess with kiddies being off school they didn't want to drag them out in the rain...
Just had a call from solicitor confirming a few things to do with loss of earnings (as they have the paperwork from accountant)...he's going to send the figures to us and if we agree we have to sign them and send them back....he reckons mine will be quite quick but DH may not get his until after the medical....so will have to wait and see...

Thanks Mizmir...slept ok last night again..Today was a little slow again but ok.We are not having a day off this week so that should bring extra in.
Got home to a massive pile of post could hardly get in the door..(I'm not kidding)....amongst them I had a letter to sign from solicitors to confirm my loss of earnings..so have signed and sent back...a pin number for A+L CC,a couple of security numbers to use for the A+L account and a letter from A+L just stating what happens next re...DDs etc....just waiting for debit card and credit card now..hopefully I'll have them soon...
Also got 4 letters from tax credits and with all their faffing about with underpaying me and overpaying me etc...I now only owe them just over £2000..last year it was...£4550!!!!!!...I've only physically paid off £120 of that so it shows what a mess they've made....at least nothing will get added for this year as we are not getting anything...thankfully....and they are still keeping it at paying £10 per month for this year and when I've paid my debts I'll pay more...
Nothing else happening here at the moment.Hope everyone has had a good day xxx
  • Does that mean you get to take £2500 off your debt total?!!

Fingers crossed business picks up a bit and you keep getting enough rest.

Hi Keeping positive...no can't take it off my debt total as never included that one in the list.I actually completely forgot about it when I did the original totals.
DH has now said that I should take tomorrow off as there are quite a few things to be done...shopping etc....etc...so will get some rest as well. He'll still be working tomorrow night though.
  • Oh well if it keeps going like last year it'll be nil before you know it :rotfl: .

Enjoy the break even though I imagine you'll still have a list of things to do.
