Personally, after the UKPC scandal

I would doubt that any PPC would be so daft as to doctor photographs. This surely might be conduct likely to pervert the course of justice if they put them in a WS.

Had problems with the same TRACE still sending me PCN a year and a half later. The BPA acknowledged the error of the issuing company including TRACE but they have not stopped sending PCN (I believe a total of 10!). It is beginning to feel like harassment! I have had to contact CAB to assist with a final letter to them.0

I have received a Traffic PCN and I can definitely say I was not on that road. I looked at the image given and it was not clear who was in it and you could not see the number plate! Somehow my number plate seems to be added as separately but the image does not show anything except a blue car turning on the road. Apart from that the local shows a directive that was issued in May 2020 (this was during lockdown)- 2 July 2020 because of roadworks somewhere else.
I appealed and went to the junction referred to and took photographs of the road with no signage but the appeal has been rejected! (attached images). The reject letter was issued by NSL! I am being told I can appeal on 'specific grounds'. What does that mean? Help

If this is a council ticket @Munduru, you need to post over on the PePiPoo forum. If it's a private parking ticket, this isn't your thread to post on, please open a new one of your own. Please decide what it is you're dealing with and act accordingly. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
