Post Not Arriving

Hi

I was not sure where to post this, but basically I am not receiving post from my Bank, Barclays, even though they said the item was posted over 2 weeks ago. Even with a backlog, this is still too long I think. Also, this happened with a previous item I asked them to send me as well a few weeks before this.

I have phoned them to tell them this, but I think they are still trying to blame it on a backlog, is there anything else I can do?

The obvious question would be does your bank have your address correctly listed?  Do you live in a flat with a communal area for post?  Is there anything extra-ordinary about your address?

Weirdly enough I've been expecting a letter from Barclays for the last couple of days & it's not arrived as has my debit card for our business account which is also with Barclays.

as with the OP, they have the correct address & we're receiving post.
