Business debit or credit card with cashback

Any recommendations for a debit or credit card for a limited company that offers cashback? I've been using a Paypal business debit Mastercard which gives 0.5% back but doesn't let you use it on eBay or paying Paypal invoices from other businesses.
I've had some marketing through the post from Capital On Tap offering 1% cashback on a Visa credit card but I've not heard of this company before.
Would prefer one with a decent online interface for managing the account. I had a Barclays business credit card a few years ago but their online interface was rubbish!
