auctiva scrolling gallery

i have registered with auctive purley for the scrolling gallery but i have a problem.
i have copied and pasted the html code into my revised auction but all it shows is "my store is currenlty updating item info"
so none of my other items are showing.
do i need to revise the auction directly through the auctiva site or can i revise it through the normal way i get on ebay?

Hi,

Have you tried clearing your cookies? When i first started using auctiva I needed to do that before the scrolling gallery would work on my listings. I think also there is a delay of about 24 hours before items will show up in the gallery.

i have deleted my cookies now and still nothing showing although it has only been about 12 hours.
dos this happen all the time or just when you first use it?

Hi,

I only did it the first time and it's worked fine ever after, I always use auctiva to list/schedule my auctions though. Auctiva have a help tech help forum on their site you could try asking on there. I think from memory it took 24 hours before my listings appeared in the scrolling gallery. I'm no expert maybe someone else will be along with more advice.

If I recall correctly, the scrolling thing only shows items you've uploaded using Auctiva. Anything you've listed manually doesn't drop into the scroll.

I think so, although I don't think you can revise from activa only list from new

I found it confusing to start with but after a while it becomes second nature & it is quite user friendly, I love it cause you can have up to 24 pictures for the price of one, the scheduling (I can list pretty much a whole months items in one day) & the templates. On the downside you can only estimate your ebay fees and it can be slow to upload photo's sometimes but you can do about 50 at a time with a 5mp camera.
