Cannot contact DVLA due to Covid?
I sent all my paperwork to exchange my foreign driver's license to a UK one, including my passport. It was received on the 2nd June (I know that because it was a registered mail).
DVLA has 3 options to contact, phone, webchat and email. Neither works "Due to the corona virus outbreak" ! How am I supposed to know whether they still have my passport, or if they sent it back and it's lost, and if my application is being processed? I'm really confused as there doesn't seem to be any other way of contacting DVLA.

Between late March and 12th June, DVLA's website was saying "DO NOT SEND US ANYTHING BY POST."

Because of that, there is going to be a massive backlog. You are just going to have to be patient.0
