Phishing government reporting

Hi I have tried a couple of times to report phishing scams to the email that Martin promoted. Report@phishing.gov.uk
I used it a couple of times no problems and now it is saying that the email server is refusing

Your message wasn't delivered because the recipient's email provider rejected it. Have they closed it down or is there any other way we can report it. Thanks

Page seems active, but I would guess that there is insufficient resource at the moment. Just invest in a email servcie that provides scanning and a decent anti virus protection. BT and Sky off McAfee free to most users.0

I forwarded a dodgy one today, and got a message back - rejected because it may have had a virus in !
