Did you book flights independently or through an agent?    As you are due to travel tomorrow, I would phone your insurance (fingers crossed you can get through) or at least check the insurance policy details to see if you are covered for FCO advice.  I wouldn't waste time trying to get through to Ryanair today but do check the flight status just in case it is cancelled and they haven't notified you.    Fingers crossed it is cancelled otherwise you won't get anywhere with Ryanair or a chargeback I fear so your only option will be your insurance.

FCO advice is advisory only. So you can travel if you wish to. Ryanair will not refund you if the flight operates, and the inbound EJ cancellation is nothing to do with them: you did not buy a return ticket.
As above, your insurance may or may not help you.
