Forgot my password. Requested reset email. They replied they would not send unless I sent a copy of my driving license or answered 3 impossible questions. I have asked them to close my account but they have not responded. All the while I continued to receive ratings emails so not sure why they would not reset. Is it a scam?

You continue to receive the emails because that's the address you registered for the emails.
They need you to confirm ID so they know it's you. It's security, not scam.1 -
By pass a third party company and use a CRA? Seem to be a lot of information when they are not a CRA and merely a broker who you allowed to access your file1
