Incorrect Reporting from Store Credit

I have been looking at my credit report in order to apply for car finance. I have no credit card, but a store credit from Very which I pay every month. Looking back on my record they have reported a missed/late payment in November 2019. But this is not correct and I have bank statements to prove so. What do I do to get this corrected? It’s going to make me look bad to potential car financiers.

Which report is this as there 2 otgers to check.

The incorrect information is on credit karma which I believe is Transunion and on Equifax.

I would contact Very in the first instance. Also. as an FYI. Rather than get Car finnance (with high levels of interest to pay). Try and get a 0% purchase credit card. Then you can pay off the car without paying a penny of interest.
