    i have a similar issue

over £50 due for a broadband deal - not paid after more than 12 months  - everything was correct - tracked correctly etc

on attempting to progress it with Quidco i received the usual lame disowning excuses from Quidco  - who initially said they have a dedicated team chasing this regularly  - but after months of the same response i asked what actual steps were being done since last month  - and was told they aren't actually doing anything proactive as they are powerless to do so and are simply waiting / hoping for a response from the supplier .......

so much for the dedicated proactive team!

Doubt you’re gonna get much traction on a 5 year old post…

I’m also waiting for cashback from Quidco. In my account it says they are waiting for the retailers to confirm. One of the retailers is Argos. I contacted the Argos CEO’s office who told me that there is nothing that Argos do to confirm a purchase and that it was up to Quidco to make the payout. It looks like Quidco sit on the partout for as long as they can get away with it. Quidco’s useless customer service just keep saying “we’ll investigate and get back to you”. Really puts you off using these cashback sites who ‘suck you in’ with an offer and then find a way to not pay!

The Argos CEO's office is wrong. It may be deeply integrated into their webstore software such that no human needs to take any action and scripts just automatically confirm the sales after the X day's they've set to avoid paying commission on sales that then get refunded etc but only Argos hold that level of information so they must tell either Quidco or more likely the middle agency like Tradedoubler

Not really. Just see it as an extra bonus if it gets paid. Never use the bonus as a reason to go for a higher priced store.

    According to
    https://www.quidco.com/argos/
tracks with 12 hours & payout within 4 months
    • Purchases at this merchant should appear as pending within 24 hours. They will remain at this status until the merchant confirms the purchase is eligible for cashback. Once this happens your purchase will reach the ‘confirmed’ status on your account
    •  Most transactions from merchants track successfully, occasionally a transaction may not get reported. If you believe this to be the case, please submit a "Missing Cashback" claim within 45 days of the transaction.
    •  Cashback may initially track at a lower or higher rate and update to the correct rate on confirmation

    •  Cashback is not available on the following purchases or pre-orders: all Airfryers, PlayStation 5 consoles, DualSense PS5 controllers & charging stations, Pulse 3D PS5 Wireless headset, PS5 HD camera, PS5 Media Remote Control, Rift Apart, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X
So if it not updated after 45 days, then submit a missing transaction claim.
